Bro is seeking a chef who wants to work closely with nature

Bro uses the best of what the Norwegian coast has to offer and invites its guests to experience authentic flavors. Inspired by the fauna and flora of Sunnmøre, we elevate the tastes, stories, and local traditions in harmony with the availability of ingredients.

Since opening our doors in 2018, we have received several good reviews from food journalists, nationally and internationally. Today, Bro is one of Norway's finest restaurants, run by Ronny Kolvik, a renowned chef in the Norwegian restaurant industry.

Now, you can be a part of our team in what must be Norway’s most beautiful city, surrounded by majestic mountains and deep fjords. Here, you get access to exclusive ingredients and work closely with nature. Ålesund has a rapidly evolving food culture, and we are looking for someone who will lift Bro and our city to new heights.
